Dear Creature Comforts,

I can't thank you enough for helping me out when I was in a bind. I had gone to Philadelphia thinking I would only be out of town for a few days when I found out I had to have surgery and would be stuck there for a month. Meanwhile, my cat, Igby, was still in my apartment back in Cambridge and my doctors had forbid me to travel to go get him. I called Alan and explained the situation; even though Creature Comforts doesn't provide such services, within literally minutes Alan found someone who would be willing to pick Igby up and drive him to Philly. Later that very night an incredibly nice guy named Chris showed up with my cat. I couldn't believe how quickly everything had been done. Chris even thought to bring along all of the cat's stuff --- litter box, bowls, food, treats, etc., which was a huge help. Your company provided enormous relief during a very stressful time. What you guys did for me went far above and beyond business-as-usual and clearly demonstrated how much you genuinely care about your clients and their pets. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I would highly recommend Creature Comforts to anyone and everyone.

“Hello. I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how absolutely wonderful Paula is. It's clear she loves little Guapo. She writes every day to tell me how they played, or how (in yesterday's case) she arrived to find him eating a big piece of string, 6 inches of which were down his throat! It's obvious she cares very much for him -- and he clearly loves her too (evidenced by him being so excited to see her, he pees on the floor!). I feel good knowing that she's there every day to spend some time with him.
